As part of the Ashada Masam Bonalu Celebrations, the Ujjaini Mahankali Temple in Malkajgiri performed Durga Homam along with special Abhishekam the idol of Ammavaru was decorated with an attractive Saree and Bangles and ornaments many devotees turned up to the temple to receive the blessings of Ammavaru.
Women performed the Kumkumarchana and Sahastra Namarchana under the guidance of the temple priest Sri. Arun Sharma after which they adorned the idol completely with Bangles.
