The Sainikpuri Sringeri Shankara Matam Vijaya Ganapathi Devalayam celebrated Shankara Jayanthi Mahotsavalu in a grand way. According to the temple committee chief Sri Pandarinath, Elaborate arrangements have been made as scores of devotees took part in this celebrations right from the morning.
Well, learned priests performed Abhishekam to Shankara charyulu, followed by Mahanyasa purvaka Ekadasa Rudrabhishekam, Bhilwarchana and Pada puja to his holiness Sringeri Bharathi Theerthananda Swamy Earlier during the day amidst Vidic rituals Chaturveda Swasthi Upanishad parayanam, Shankara Vijayam and Soundarya Lahari were recited in which a lot of devotees participated.
