Cycling is an Active Sport That Moves Forward with Pedal Power :

In earlier days, Cycling used to be the only transport for people to commute. An individual can pedal for a certain distance using their own power and needs. As time goes on, cycling has become a popular athletic activity that many young people, particularly in India, are expressing interest in competitions. Significant endurance is needed for cycling, especially for long-distance competitions like road races and mountain biking. Exercises for the lower body muscles required in riding, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, are frequently the focus of cyclists. Stretching, yoga, and mobility exercises can be used by athletes in their training regimen to enhance their flexibility, range of motion, and posture.

Food and Drinks: Sustaining training adaptations, energising exercises, and maximising recovery all depend on eating and drinking the right foods and fluids. In Hyderabad, Dr. Maxwell Trevor Cycling Welfare Association (MTCWA) is one such training academy in cycling for this generation of sports aspirants. The mission is to support aspirants with righteous cycling skills to engage in national & international sports events. rider welfare and encourage cycling culture.
